Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. It is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Modified Pilates is specifically designed for people with medical / orthopaedic conditions. However, it is also beneficial for anyone wanting to improve their general fitness, muscle tone, flexibility and general wellbeing.

Tues evenings 7pm and 8pm at Cawthorne Village hall, the other class (Wed 9.30am) is continuing via Zoom (Everyone must attend a course in person in the hall prior to using Zoom classes)
